Welcome to Enlightening Sales. By accessing or using our services, including this website, the training programs, the branded tools we link to, and communications via Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

Your use of Enlightening Sales services, including text messaging services (A2P), constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Use of the website and training programs

This website is a resource for lighting showroom and distribution partners and trade professionals. Training courses are provided for product education; a course completion records a certificate and an entry in the weekly drawing under the drawing rules published on the training hub, and may make you eligible to request access to a companion tool. Access to the client portal and to tools is granted by Enlightening Sales at its discretion; completing a course does not by itself create a right of access. Any pricing shown in public training material is published retail pricing; account pricing is available only through your representative or the client portal.

Use of the messaging service

Enlightening Sales provides communications services including notifications, updates, promotions, order confirmations, and customer support via SMS and MMS (A2P messaging). Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages

By providing your telephone number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Enlightening Sales, you expressly consent to receiving informational and promotional messages through automated systems. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Frequency of messaging

The number of messages may vary based on your interactions and the specific Enlightening Sales services you use. Typical frequency is 2 to 6 messages per month.

Opt-out

You can opt out from receiving messages at any time by texting "STOP" to our messaging number. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Liability

Enlightening Sales will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, the training programs, the tools, or our messaging services, including A2P messaging, or from service interruptions beyond our control. Product specifications should be confirmed against the manufacturer's current documentation before an order is placed.

Modifications

Enlightening Sales reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
